25th April 2024. This year, World Malaria Day “Accelerating the fight against malaria for a more equitable world”, serves as a powerful reminder of the ongoing battle against this deadly disease. Malaria disproportionately affects the most vulnerable populations worldwide, mainly infants and young children under 5 years of age in the African region. By uniting efforts and advocating for equality, we can move closer to a world free from the burden of malaria.
