Postdoctoral fellow
My university history takes place at the University of Milan, first graduating in Pharmacy in 2017, then spending nine months as a fellow at the Pharmacognosy Laboratory. In 2018 I began the PhD course in Translational Medicine working at the Laboratory of Parasitology and Immunology, where I am currently studying the effect of oxygen-transporting nanocarriers on the immune response mediated by macrophages against bacterial infections by Enterococcus faecalis and parasitic infections by Leishmania infantum, in a hypoxic environment.
In my free time I love to immerse myself in nature with long walks, try new sports and feed my curiosity with readings in ever-different fields.
